Returns and Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange any item within 7 to 10 working days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
  • All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Full priced items can't be exchanged during storewide sale period.
  • Exchange only allowed for the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color or quality.
  • Please note we do not accept returns and exchanges on sale items.
  • Fragrance products are not eligible for return or exchange.
